Semones & Fields (S&F) is a Winter Park, Florida based boutique investment banking company. It's pricipals are: Bob has 33 years of financial services experience. He was a senior vice president with both Merrill Lynch and Prudential Bache where he specialized in asset management for over one hundred small companies. He also has served as president of two regional brokerage firms, and senior vice president and due diligence officer of a third, engaged primarily in private equity syndications. From 1994 until 2002, Bob was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GlobeNet Capital Corporation, parent to the GlobeNet Electronic Communications Network (ECN). GlobeNet is one of only 11 ECN,s ever to be approved by the SEC and NASDAQ to operate as electronic execution platforms for over-the-counter and bulletin board securities. GlobeNet created the first automated trading system for bulletin board stocks in the world. The company was acquired by a larger competitor in October 2002. Currently Bob is the Managing Member of Semones & Fields, a boutique investment banking firm specializing in private equity investments. He is also Chairman and co CEO of Touche Technologies, a 3D animation software company in Orlando and Chairman of Tunica Air Group, an aircraft 145 certified repair station in Tunica Mississippi. Bob holds a BSBA from the University of Maryland. Randy's 35 year business and professional career has been in mergers, acquisitions, public offerings, private placements, venture capital, joint ventures, banking, automobile dealerships, investments and law. As the Co-Managing Shareholder and Director of the Corporate & Securities practice at Greenberg Traurig, P.A. in Orlando, Randy regularly represents start-up and seasoned companies in IPOs and private placements. He has provided valuable counsel to buyers and sellers of businesses in over 200 transactions ranging from several million to over one billion dollars. He was recognized in the 2003-2004 edition of The Best Lawyers in America. Randy serves on the Boards of Directors of Gencor Industries, Inc., the Economic Development Commission of Mid-Florida, Inc. and the American Field Service (International Exchange Student Program, New York) and is involved in the management and ownership of Central Florida automobile dealerships. He has served as Chairman of the Orlando Municipal Planning Board, the Orlando Opera Company and the State of Florida Black Business Investment Board. In addition he has served as a Board Member of the Central Florida Innovation Corporation, SunTrust Bank, N.A. and First Florida Bank. Randy holds a J.D. and MBA from the University of Michigan and an A.B. (high honors) from Dartmouth College. |
